Terms of Use – Tickbill

Effective date: 19 October 2026

1. Agreement

By installing or using Tickbill, an invoice and estimate maker, you agree to these terms with appdroidapps, an individual developer. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on Android devices you own or control, under the Google Play terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell the app.

3. Free of charge

Tickbill is free. All features are available to everyone. There are no subscriptions, trials, in-app purchases or ads, and we do not ask you for payment details. If this ever changes, we will tell you in the app and on this page before any charge applies, and features you already use for free will not be taken away without notice.

4. Your documents

You own the invoices, estimates, receipts, logos and other content you create. You are responsible for their accuracy, for tax compliance in your jurisdiction, and for keeping backups. The app stores data only on your device. If the device is lost or reset, or the app is uninstalled, and you have no backup file, we cannot recover the data.

5. Payment details on your invoices

You can add your own UPI ID or your own payment link (for example a PayPal, Stripe or Razorpay link) to an invoice. The app then shows a payment QR code and a pay link on the PDF and in the message you send. Your client pays you directly through their own UPI or payment app, or through your payment provider. We are not a party to the payment. We do not process, receive, hold, confirm or refund any money, and we are not a payment service. You are responsible for the payment details you enter and for your agreement with any payment provider you use. The app does not know when a client has paid; you record payments yourself.

The UPI pay link opens the web page appdroidapps.com/pay. That page only shows the payee, amount and note from the link and opens the client's UPI app. Check the details before you send a link. We are not liable for a payment that goes to the wrong UPI ID or for an incorrect amount.

6. Reminders and messages

Payment reminders and share messages open in your own WhatsApp, SMS or email app. You read the message and send it yourself. We do not send messages for you. You are responsible for the messages you send and for having your clients' permission to contact them.

7. Logo generator

The logo generator makes simple marks from your business name on your device. You may use a generated logo for your business. Generated marks are simple and other users may get similar ones. We do not guarantee that a logo is unique or free to register as a trade mark.

8. No professional advice

The app does the calculations you set up. It is not tax, accounting or legal advice. Check tax rates, labels and totals with your accountant or tax authority.

9. Acceptable use

Do not use the app to make fraudulent, misleading or unlawful documents or payment requests, or in any way that breaks applicable law.

10. Disclaimer and liability

The app and the pay page are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, payments or profits. Because the app is free, our total liability for any claim is limited to USD 50. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

11. Changes and termination

We may update the app, the pay page and these terms. If you continue to use the app after a change, you accept it. We may suspend the pay page if it is used unlawfully. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which the developer resides, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
