Is Tickbill free?
Yes. Every feature is free. There are no subscriptions, in-app purchases or ads.

How do clients pay me with the QR code?
Open Business profile and enter your UPI ID (for example sharma@okhdfcbank) or your own payment link (PayPal.me, Stripe or Razorpay). On an invoice, turn on "Print payment QR". The PDF and the share message then show a QR code and a pay link. The client scans or taps it and pays you directly in their UPI app or on your payment provider's page. The money goes straight to you. Tickbill never handles it.

The client paid. Why is the invoice still unpaid?
Tickbill cannot see payments. Check your UPI app or bank, then open the invoice and record the payment.

What is the appdroidapps.com/pay page?
It is the page the UPI pay link opens. It shows your name, the amount and the invoice number from the link, and opens the client's UPI app or shows a QR code. It works only in the client's browser. It stores nothing, sends nothing and has no tracking. If the page says the link is not valid, check the UPI ID in Business profile.

How do I send a payment reminder?
Open the invoice and tap Remind. Pick WhatsApp, SMS or email. Your own app opens with the message ready, and you tap send. To change the wording, use "Edit messages". Tickbill can also show you a notification on your phone when an invoice is due or overdue. Allow notifications when the app asks.

How do I make a logo?
In Business profile, tap "Make a logo". Pick a colour and a mark made from your business name, or tap Shuffle for more, then "Use this logo". The logo is made on your phone. You can also upload your own logo.

I changed phones. How do I move my data?
On the old phone open Settings → Export backup, and save the file to your drive or send it to yourself. On the new phone install the app, open Settings → Import backup and choose the file. Import replaces all data on the new phone.

How do I show CGST and SGST?
Business profile → turn on "Show as CGST + SGST". Each tax rate is then printed as two halves.

Can I use my own invoice numbers?
Yes. Business profile → Numbering lets you set the prefix and the next number for invoices, estimates and receipts. Numbers are never reused.

Where is my data stored?
Only on your device. We have no server and no account. See the privacy policy.

How do I delete my data?
Uninstall the app. All app data is removed. Files you exported stay where you saved them.
