Delete your data – Mathster
Mathster has no user accounts. Most of your data is on your phone, some is held by Google if you signed in to Play Games, and a small amount of identifiers are used for purchases and ads. Each can be deleted as described below.
How to request deletion
Email appdroidapps@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion request". You do not need the app installed. We confirm the request and complete it within 30 days. There is no account to close and no subscription you must cancel first; if you have an active subscription, you can cancel it any time in the Google Play app under Payments & subscriptions, independently of this request.
What is deleted, and how
- Local game data (scores, streaks, statistics, settings)
Uninstall the app. Android removes everything the app stored on the device immediately. We never receive this data, so there is nothing for us to delete on our side. - Play Games data (gamertag, avatar, player ID, leaderboard scores)
This is held by Google, not by us. Delete the Mathster game data or your whole Play Games profile from your Play Games profile settings (also in the Play Games app under Settings) or your Google Account. Deleting it removes your scores from the leaderboard. We cannot do this for you. - Purchase identifier (anonymous ID used to check Remove Ads or Pro)
Email us the identifier shown in the app under Settings → About, or just email us if the app is already uninstalled and describe your Google Play order. We delete it from RevenueCat within 30 days. Note that deleting it means Restore purchases will no longer find your purchase; contact us first if you want to keep it. - Advertising ID
Reset or delete it in Android Settings → Google → Ads. It is managed by Google and your device, not by us.
What we keep
We keep nothing that identifies you. After a deletion request, the only record is the email thread itself, kept for 12 months for support history, then deleted. Google Play keeps purchase records under its own policy.
See the privacy policy for the full description of the data each service handles.
